1、Warranty Policy
1) In Guangdong province, solve the problem online or arrive at the site within 24 hours.
2) In China, solve the problem online or depart for customer factory within 24 hours.
3) Out of China, solve the problem by video or phone call within 24 hours, send in-need parts and accessories by air;  If the problem can not be solved on line, our technician will apply  visa immediately, and depart for customer factory within 72 hours once the visa ready.

Note: The above warranty policy is only effective for BG products produced after Jan. 1, 2008.

2、Warranty Conditions
Product warranties remain valid provided the product was properly installed and used. Defects, malfunctions, or failures of the warranted product caused by damage resulting from acts of God (such as floods, fire, etc.), other externaforces such as power line disturbances, and damage caused by misuse, abuse, and unauthorized alteration or repair, are not warranted. A product will not be warranted in the following situations:
● The product has been found to be defective after the warranty period has expired.
● The product has been subjected to misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repair, whether by accident or other cause.
● The product has been updated, reworked, or improperly tested by the customer, or by a third party at the request of the customer.
● The product is damaged beyond repair due to naturadisasters, such as by lightning, flood, earthquake, etc.
● Products with altered and/or damaged serianumbers are not entitled to and wilnot be serviced by BG.
● Consumable parts and accessories.

This warranty is limited to the repair and/or replacement, at BG's sole discretion, of the defective product during its warranty period.

3、On-site labor service
The on-site labor service includes free warranty service and chargeable" out of warranty" repair service.
1) Free warranty service conditions ( only applied in China areas)
● Newly purchased products installation, operation and training including BG's pipe mill, polishing machine, welding seam inside leveling machine, rolsets, etc.
● One technician, 5-7 days labor service at site.

2) Chargeable machinery installation, operation and training service conditions( out of China)
● Newly purchased products installation, operation and training including BG's pipe mill, polishing machine, equipment for inside weld bead control, roll sets, etc.
● On-site problem solving or technical support needed within warranty period.
● One technician, labor service at site within 30 days.
● Charge: 100usd/day
● Air-ticket, food, lodging and locatransportation will be bear by customer
● BG responsible for the technician's visa applying and related charges.

3) Chargeable "out of warranty" repair service conditions( out of China).
● On-site problem solving or technical support needed when warranty period has expired
● Defects not within warranty conditions.
● Air-ticket, food, lodging and locatransportation wilbe bear by customer
● BG responsible for the technician's visa applying and related charges.
